User data deletion

At Boti, we value privacy and the control you have over your data. If you want to request deletion of the information associated with your account or interactions with our services, you can do so easily by following the instructions below.

Deletion request

To delete your personal data, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion". In the body of the message, include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can identify it correctly.

Deletion timeline

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within a maximum of 7 business days and notify you by email when it is complete.

Considerations

• By deleting your data, you will lose access to any conversation history or previous settings.
• Some data may be retained in an anonymous or aggregated form if required for legal or security obligations.
