Boti provides an AI-powered messaging platform to automate sales conversations across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat.
You must provide accurate information, be authorized to act on behalf of your business, and keep credentials secure.
Use of Meta/WhatsApp and other platforms is subject to their policies. You are responsible for compliance and maintaining valid access.
Messages require valid customer opt-in. You must respect opt-out requests and applicable anti-spam regulations.
Plans, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our site or your agreement. Taxes and fees may apply.
We strive for availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or third-party dependencies.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Our processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive practices. We may suspend accounts for violations.
All platform IP belongs to Boti or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Boti harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or non-payment. You may cancel per your plan terms.
Activities restricted by platform policies or law are prohibited (e.g., illegal goods, financial scams, or regulated items without authorization).
We may update features or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Asunción unless otherwise agreed.
